Self Negotiated project to create a promotional campaign to support creative arts in schools.
I developed the idea of a doodle petition, using touchscreen monitors in shopping centers and public areas to allow people to submit a doodle to support creative arts in schools. To follow the progress petition and view doodles people can search the brand name “doodle” or search #keepitcreative.

Using the Woodstock range of paper a promotional calendar was to be designed and created to promote the range.
I did a swatch style calendar using tree patterns to create the type using an inverse. The slip uses spot varnish with the message “Hello, what is you’re name? Nice to meet you I am Woodstock!” in Italian to capture the lineage of the company.
Apologies for the radio silence! It’s been quite the hectic 6 months, but I’m back and RT Creates is undergoing a makeover, prepping the new work station with even more storage and a few new arty gadgets to play- work with.
The website is under way along with an amazon store to purchase the new range of handmade cards and framed illustrations! I’ll be giving a sneak peek of what you can expect to find, plus some fun projects that I’ve done over the last few months.
Perfectly Happy People Holding their own Heads number three.
This image actually took a great deal of editing to make it work as I foolishly did not take enough filler images and had to completely reconstruct the torso and background where the head initially was. Again I really do need a tripod, but I’m making do at the moment.
Scenes from a sketchbook. Sections from the pages of a branding project.
The brief was to brand a sin or a virtue, I chose to do 2 and branded Chastity and Lust. These sketches represent some of the research and work that brought me to my final designs and brand which will be posted in the upcoming days.
Most of these were done in drawing ink or ink and water, expect the lingerie owl which is a combination of ink, water and graphite.
Second installment of “Perfectly Happily People Holding Their Own Heads”. This is a slow going project as I started it on the return to university but something I shall pursue and you will see more of.
Application symbol design for recent university project, our group designed a video game called zombie badgers. The project was dealing with moral issues within graphic design, the idea was to have us design for something we may not agree with or even like. We received badger culling and created an educational (non promotional) game about the cull. There are more aspects to the project that I will not be putting on here as they were designed by other designers within my group.
